How do the 1:1 sessions work exactly?

Every job search is different, so we map the 1:1 sessions to you! 

 

Previous clients have loved utilising the 1:1 hour sessions for a variety of topics: a live editing session on their CV, a mock interview experience tailored to their dream company, a Q+A session on all their job search concerns, a coaching session on clarifying their unique career path. 

 

This is a 100% bespoke programme! So we always decide together what's the greatest support you need right now to help you progress in your career goals. 

Can you give me feedback on my job applications?
Yes! This is available on-demand during the entire 3 months. 
 
As a Career Accelerator client, you will also gain immediate access to a treasure trove of bonus resources - stand-out CV & cover letter templates, previously hired grad application examples and more! So you're never alone again in your applications!
Do you help with psychometric tests and other online assessments?

I have excellent recommendations at my finger tips for test practice resources (this is the only way you'll improve btw - practise, practise, practise!). I can also discuss example situational judgement tests (SJTs) with you during 1:1 sessions to help you strengthen your workplace readiness and nail the test! 

Do you work with international graduates to find sponsored roles?

Yes! Around 60% of my clients are international students or graduates who require a sponsored role. 

 

The international graduate job search is extremely competitive with approximately 7% of people landing a sponsored role. I'm proud to say that 70% of my previous international clients have landed sponsored roles. 

 

If you have over 9 months left on your PSW/Graduate visa, this gives us ample time to make significant job search progress. If you have less than 9 months, please get in touch to explain your situation further. 

What if I get hired half way through the programme?

Then, congratulations! 40% of my clients achieve this - but landing the role isn't the only part of you launching your well-paid, inspiring career! 

 

Previous clients hired in record time have then progressed onto advanced professional skills like: mastering your new work schedule, forging strong professional relationships, advancing your LinkedIn personal brand and mapping your future promotion.

What if I need longer than 3 months support?

Not everybody's journey is the same, and that's ok! If you're a client who needs more support over a longer time-period, we simply continue the support on a rolling monthly basis. 

 

If you are an international graduate seeking a sponsored role or a candidate for graduate schemes with multiple assessment rounds, you may benefit from rolling on the support. But this is not necessary to your success and is always up to you.
